PickPoint says suspends operations, parcels to return to senders

MOSCOW, Apr 5 (PRIME) -- Russian logistics service PickPoint will suspend its operations, all the dispatched parcels will be returned to their senders, a support service representative told PRIME on Wednesday.

“There are problems now with the parcels that are on their way to recipients, our company is closing down for some time, unfortunately, the parcels will be returned back to the Internet store,” the representative said.

Delivery company CDEK Sales Director Andrei Myakin put PickPoint’s share on the country’s market of logistics services at below 1%.

Business daily Kommersant reported on Tuesday quoting sources that PickPoint had notified its partners about the end of operations.
